Implementation of a new system to support Lincoln Hospitality Ltd (LHL) Accommodation Services team to more effectively manage student accommodation, charging and invoicing, student welfare, housing maintenance and inventory management, as well as conference and lecture room bookings was required.
Octa facilitated the product evaluation, analysis and selection process, and negotiated the vendor contract with a 50% discount for the client. Octa also planned and managed the analysis, design, configuration, test, training and implementation of the selected system, together with the interfaces to other existing University systems.
